TaskmgrPro Application Settings

TaskmgrPro has a lot of nice features and settings that can be changed for your convenience. Clicking menu “TaskmgrPro->Options” brings up these settings.
 
General Settings

These setting specify basic application behaviour. 

Applicatin Settings

Run TaskmgrPro during Windows logon
Enabling this option will make the application automatically start when a user logs on to the computer. This setting only affects the current user.

Prompt a warning while terminating processes
This option will make the application prompt a warning while terminating processes.

 
 
Kill list Settings

The kill lists are the files that tell the application what applications to scan for when executing the process termination. These settings allow you to change the active kill list as well as creating new ones.

List Storage Path
Specifies the folder that the application should use for storing kill lists. Click browse to select another folder.

Edit kill list
Click Edit to brings up the Edit Kill List dialog which allows you to directly edit your kill list.

Note: The process will then be added to the list only if its a valid process name, and if no duplicate is found.

 
 
Service list Settings

The service lists are the files that tell the application what services to batch stop or batch start. These settings allow you to change the active service list as well as creating new ones.

Specifies the folder that the application should use for storing service lists. Click browse to select another folder.

Edit Service List
Click Edit to brings up the Edit Service List dialog which allows you to directly edit your service list.
