I have had to replace my computer and need to reinstall PA. What info do I need to supply to retrieve my user ID and serial number?

Don't worry, there are no problems for re-installing Presentation Assistant. Please download the latest edition from [url]http://www.presentation-assistant.com[/url] and install it.  After reinstalling, you can still use your existing license.
